The motto behind organising this tournament each year is to boost the development of cricket in India and provide a chance for Indian players to polish their skills. The first edition of Ipl was played in the year 2008. The sixteenth edition in the 2023 schedule of IPL will begin on March 20, 2023, and end on May 28 2023.

The total number of matches played in this tournament amounts to 74. Earlier, only eight teams used to take part in IPL, but from this year on, Lucknow and Gujarat teams have also joined the IPL league, making the total number of teams in IPL to be 10. Lucknow Supergiants Team 2023

Sanjiv Goenka, the brand name of RPSG Group, owns the team. The Lucknow Supergiants team debuted in the IPL season that was played last year. Despite not reaching the championship game, the team is making every effort to do so this time around as part of the Lucknow IPL Team 2023 Players list Auction. Gujarat Titans Team 2023

The team is owned by Steve Koltes, Donald Mackenzie, and Rolly van Rappardunder the CVC Capital Partners brand name. Gujarat Titans Team 2023, before the mini-auction on December 23, Gujarat Titans, the defending Indian Premier League (IPL) champions, kept the majority of their team together. As a result, 18 players from the roster from the previous season will be back on Hardik Pandya’s squad, while six others have been removed.
