BGMI 2.4 Beta Update

Midway through the 1980s, Microsoft debuted the initial iteration of Windows. Since then, there have been numerous iterations of Windows, with Windows 10 (launched in 2015), Windows 8 (2012), Windows 7 (2009), Windows Vista (2007), and Windows XP (2001). Lately, windows 10 and Windows 11 were updated in 2022. Within a year of the last update, Microsoft is set to launch Windows 12. It is assumed that the new version of the operating System will incorporate several new features and try to provide a finer experience to its users.

Windows 12 Launch Date

Microsoft offers its window updates free of cost to its existing Windows account holders; therefore, it can be anticipated that Windows 12 will be available free-of- of cost to its users. However, if the user does not hold a Windows licence, then the user will be required to pay for the latest version.

Windows 12 Release date

It is expected that Windows 12 will be released in 2024. This is anticipated keeping in view the 3-yr gap between the last several updates. The predecessor, Windows 11 was released in 2021, hence it is expected that Windows 12 be released for users in 2024.

However, another report suggests that after the launch of Windows 11 in 2021, several users have reported problems with the software. Subsequently, the company was keen to develop an improvised version, which was accomplished by developing Windows 12. As the users are eager for the new version, it is anticipated that the Beta version of Windows 12 might get released in March 2023.

Everyone who uses the Windows 12 beta version has access to Early Access.

The updated Operating System will be available for you to use, and you can see the features in this version.

With the Insider Program, information pertaining to mistakes and problems is also invited, after which they are eliminated prior to the Final Release.

Although Windows 12 is in beta, it is not the final operating system version and is a fully functional working model.

We anticipate the release of the final version of Windows 12 in March 2023, following the release of the beta version.

Windows 12 Proposed features

New Desktop User Interface: A new previously unseen desktop user interface prototype will be launched with Windows 12. With a status bar resembling that of macOS on top, the new user interface incorporates a floating taskbar.

Deeper AI Integration with Windows 12: Microsoft Windows 12’s Greater AI Integration Microsoft has made significant investments in OpenAI. As a result, technologies like ChatGPT and DALL-E 2 have astounded us with their potent capabilities. Many of the OpenAI technologies will likely be incorporated by Microsoft into Windows 12 in the future.

Windows Explorer and Notepad Improvements: Microsoft has already implemented tabs to File Explorer. A new leak by a Microsoft employee has verified that tab support is also coming to Notepads. Several Notepad windows can be opened at once, allowing for the simultaneous editing of multiple text files. Also, Microsoft is redesigning Windows File Explorer and adding a number of new capabilities.

Other updates: In addition, the latest version will enable the use of both keyboards, and touch devices will be able to use it. The Settings tab will incorporate the Control panel as well. It is also hoped that the issue with installing Android via the Amazon app will be resolved in the upcoming version. Perhaps by using the APK files, we can accomplish this.

Windows 12 System Requirements

The concern for minimum system requirement to install the latest Windows version has been raised after Windows 11. Therefore it can be anticipated that Windows 12 will require certain specific requirements for the System to function with Windows 12. Some of these are listed below:

  • TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0
  • The device should have at least 64 GB of storage, 8 GB RAM, and a 1GHz CPU clock speed.

You would think Microsoft wouldn’t need you to have a compatible motherboard with TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0, as not all computer users have the chip. So then you will need to spend £200 plus just to have a new motherboard for your desktop or £450 plus for a new laptop. Not very good for the environment or for your pocket really!!

I wouldn’t say it’s unfair. It has it’s security reasons and TPM 2.0 is in every computer for at least 5 years. If you have very old computer and you crave for Windows 11 then you can easily bypass TPM 2.0 and minimum CPU requirements.

    Linux is crap
My first choice is Windows 11
    then MacOSX

if Linux was so good, it should have been a better operating system than MacOSX and Android.

Core Linux is useless for consumers, Like Android build an awesome distro and gain market share

Dear people, I use Linux, never a problem, super safe. With this OS I can work constantly. I have now bought a 2nd hand PC on which I can set up ChroomFex. If I have to buy something new, I’ll go for Apple. Whenever I work with Windows I run into a problem. Now I have to upgrade my PC with hardware, which is more expensive than a new one. The recurring advertising that I have to buy something Windows is also very annoying.
